The Northern Nevada Chapter of Safari Club International exists to promote the conservation, perpetuation, and scientific study of wildlife and natural resources — and to preserve and promote our sporting heritage within the state of Nevada, across the country, and around the world.

Established in 1996 as an extension of Safari Club International in Tucson, Arizona, NNSCI has grown into one of Northern Nevada's premier outdoors conservation organizations — recognized as a leader in protecting Nevada's wildlife, their habitat, and the outdoorsmen, women, and youth who cherish them.
SCI is headquartered in Washington, D.C., uniquely positioned to build relationships with Congressional leaders and federal agencies on behalf of the hunting community. NNSCI carries that mission — "First for Hunters" — home to Nevada through advocacy, conservation, and humanitarian work.
